At Unite, we do more than just exercise. We understand you must change your mindset for new habits to stick. It all starts with becoming more mindful and being aware of our body/mind connection.


Structured daily schedule

Yes, you’ll be on a structured schedule.This is not a “choose your own activity” retreat. Your pre-planned day is organized with the purpose of helping you reach your goals quickly and safely.


Nutrition & cooking classes

Hands-on education is WAY more effective than sitting in a lecture hall for hours “learning”. We take you out (to the grocery store, restaurants, cooking school) and show you how to make this new lifestyle work in the “real world.”


Doctor recommended

Our program is safe, proven, and effective and doctors love sending their patients to our program. About 30% of our clients find out about us through their doctors, yay!

This is a sample daily schedule (each day is a little different), we really mix it up for you.

5:30 Metabolism Kickstart (Protein Smoothie)

6:15  Rise and Shine training

7:30 Breakfast (Daily goal setting)

8:30 Fat burn blast

9:45 Personal training session

10:45 Break and a snack

11:00 Water aerobics or suspension training

12:15 Lunch & nutrition workshop

1:30 Daily recreational outing (hiking, sports, biking, snowshoeing, etc.)

4:00 Yoga

6:30 Dinner

7:30 Evening group walk, relaxation, or personal time


Food

You will increase your metabolic rate by consuming frequent healthy meals and snacks throughout the day.  

Our clients never go hungry and actually achieve faster results than obsessive calorie counting and restrictive dieting.

Focusing on lean proteins, seasonal vegetables and fruits, and inflammation-lowering fats.

The Unite eating plan is all about nutrients, balance, and stabilizing your blood sugar.


Sample Daily Fitness & Weight Loss Camp Menu

Early morning snack: Protein fruit smoothie

Breakfast: Egg white omelet with tomato and feta with a side of fruit

Late Morning snack: Fruit, string cheese, almonds

Lunch: Avocado turkey lettuce wraps with cilantro, cucumbers and mango coleslaw

Mid-afternoon snack: Protein bar, or fruit and either peanut butter or nuts

Dinner: Dill garlic halibut with roasted peppers, zucchini, and sweet potato
